The house
The gite is tastefully furnished with enough space for 5 people and a bedroom and bath room on the ground floor where it remains nice and cool even in summer. The living room with a fire place and open kitchen is on the 2nd floor. With the stairs one can get to the tastefully decorated attic room with a fine double bed with a thick futon as a topper. Tilting window with screen and blackout. Post chair included because toilet is 2 stairs down.
Bathroom and room with double bed on the ground floor, kitchen and living/dining on the 1st floor and from there a staircase to the attic with also a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for any 5th person. Lots of enjoyment.

This centrally located in a cozy village tastefully furnished charming village house.
Directly from the house, there is the possibility to make many beautiful walks or bike rides. No garden but you can sit in front of the door on the square (garden set with umbrella provided) and only a 5 minute walk to the creek "La Seye".
In the same village street there is a restaurant bar and a few times a week there is a bar at the market hall and often also live music.

The house was very cozy with everything we Needed. The kitchen was a bit dirty when we arrived but that was an easy job. Village as a restaurant and a boulangerie, both were fantastic.
Activities
Verfeil is a cozy village with all kinds of activities in the summer most organized by the association "La maison de la Halle". There is 1 boutique with local food and a bakery/supermarket. larger supermarkets 10 to 20 minutes drive.
There is 1 restaurant/bar "Les ton ton zingueur". In summer there are all kinds of festivities in the area. And the most beautiful small towns of France within a radius of 15 km, such as Bruniquel, Saint Antonin, Najac, Cordes sur Ciel , St. Antonin etc. Hiking, biking, horseback riding, swimming, kayaking, mountain climbing etc. is all possible here. Wonderfully varied hill country,; farmland, meadows, forest and creek valleys with little tourism.
We also offer the possibility for an organized tour, possibly with a picnic with tourguide. I have been a massage therapist (HBO trained) since 1999. You can book your stay with me sessions for Shiatsu, foot reflexology, Cranio Sacral and acupuncture. Approx. 60€/h. My closet is 3 minutes walk from the house.
I also have a 4 ha of land in the creek valley of the 'la Baye'. I am renting it to retreat groups or as a mini nature campsite.
With little or no occupancy, you can also picnic and cool off next to the creek. The massages are also possible there.

Further remarks
The address has no number and is located at the corner of a square called "Place Courte Boule" and the street of the market hall and restaurant/bar which is called "Rue Alphonse de Poitiers". Your car can be parked in front of the side door on the square.
Warning! The location is in Verfeil sur Seye in the Tarn et Garonne 82330 and not Verfeil 31590 in the Haute Garonne.
