Two types of subscriptions, always a good deal
You can choose a subscription with the low commission cost of 4.5% per booking and on top of that a set annual fee of €114. Alternatively you can choose not to pay an annual fee and instead pay a higher commission of 10.0% per booking. All prices mentioned for advertising exclude VAT.

Simple subscription with annual fee.
To make a B&B advertisement you pay a yearly fee of €125 per ad. “With a B&B ad you can receive information- and booking requests and deal with these request through email or via the Gites web-application.”
Ad an extra language to your advertisement
Would you like your advertisement in several languages? Your advertisement will be translated automatically into three other languages directly using your original text. It is therefor very important that you write your advert correctly. You have the possibility to 'opt out' of any language you do not want appearing in your live advert. We can optimize the translations using a native speaker for an additonal charge. Please contact our helpdesk for a quote.

If you would like to place an ad to sell your house we ask a yearly fee of €125 per advertisement. It is possible to place ads for houses as well as land or commercial properties for sale. With a for-sale advertisement you can receive information requests and answer them via email or through the Gites web-application.
Adding an extra language to your ad
Would you like to have an ad in several languages? Per extra language you pay €0 extra per year. The translation can also be done by Gites for only €0 per language.
