Modern detached villa on the border of the departments Lot and Tarn et Garonne (France) is for rent. The house is situated on 1.5 ha of land and has a private heated swimming pool (12 x 5, maximum depth 2.5 metres and equipped with an electrolysis system so no chlorine is needed) and spacious terraces. You can enjoy the sun but also find shade and admire the beautiful views everywhere.

The house is fully equipped, everything is on the ground floor and can accommodate 6 people. In the spacious living room you will find the TV (satellite and IPTV), audio installation and DVD player. The wood-burning stove will not be needed in the warm months but it is there. There is also the access to the mezzanine where there is an extra table with chairs, ideal for playing some games that are in the cupboard on the mezzanine.

In the kitchen there is a combination microwave, convection oven, 5-ring induction hob and every imaginable accessory including 2 food processors and a hand blender. In the utility room you will find the American fridge with ice-cube dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. In the house and also around the pool, fast Wi-Fi is available to you thanks to the fibre-optic connection.

The 3 spacious bedrooms are all equipped with individually controlled air conditioning. Two of 12 m² both have 2 single beds (90x200). The third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom containing a bathtub, shower, toilet and double washbasin. All bedrooms have both wardrobes and cupboards. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower and double washbasin.

Outside are several terraces where you can either enjoy the sun or the shade. Besides plenty of garden furniture including sunbeds, lounge set and very spacious dining table with comfortable chairs, there is a large Weber gas barbecue.

For colder days, which normally hardly ever occur, the entire house is equipped with underfloor heating with separate controls for the living area, bedrooms and bathrooms.
