Our 4-5 person holiday home has its own private outdoor terrace with private parking and spacious garden for sunbathing or walking. The holiday home has 1 large bedroom with single bed and double bed, in the living room there is a spacious sofa bed that can be converted quickly and easily into a large double bed.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The pool is shared with other guests.

The holiday home is located at the end of a dead-end road, where no through traffic is possible.
Our yard borders a large lake where you can walk, fish or swim freely.
At about 7 minutes drive away you come to the village Montpezat de Quercy where a supermarket is, plus a Baker - GP and Pharmacy and several restaurants.

The surroundings mainly consist of agriculture of fruit trees, sunflowers, very occasionally there are some farms with cattle.
There are many winegrowers in the area, and wine festivals. Your hosts can tell you all about it on the spot.
Activities
The Tarn et Garonne is a very varied hilly landscape with lakes and rivers.
There are many old villages and towns in the vicinity and in high season every day there is something organised in the area from a videgranier - Brocante to a music festival or marche gourmande. At less than 30 minutes drive you can visit the wine city Cahors or the village Saint cirq Lapopie elected in 2011 as the most beautiful village of France.
Places like rocamadour and the longest and biggest caves of Europe gouffre de Padirac can be visited in one day and will leave an unforgettable impression.
