The house
Gîte Notaire - max 6 people
The gîte on the ground floor - garden level - has a separate entrance, a living room with open kitchen with another entrance, a first bedroom with two levels giving onto the corridor, a second bedroom giving onto the living room, a bathroom with shower and double washbasin, a separate toilet and a storage room.
The large family room is equipped with one double bed and two separate single beds three steps down. This room also gives access to the terrace through a porte-fenêtre. The second room, which opens onto the living area, has one double bed. The living room has a lounge with dining table and an open kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.
There is a TV with a Wii console and internet access. The living room has access to the garden/terrace via a staircase of four steps.
The terrace, which is higher than the lower level of the pool, offers plenty of space and is shaded by two plane trees which provide natural cooling. The pool with Roman steps measures 11 by 5.5m and is surrounded by paving so that sufficient loungers and parasols can be placed. There is also an outdoor shower.

At a 45 minute drive you will find the fantastic park of 20 ha with numerous wooded walking paths and beautiful pic-nic spots.

Lauzerte
This Bastide in the Quercy Blanc is on the list of the most beautiful villages of France and is only 20 minutes away.
Every Saturday morning there is a market in Lauzerte and on Sunday there is a slightly larger market in Montcuq. In the holiday months of July and August there are also evening markets (Fête Gourmande). In the stalls you will find various products and specialities from the region. The evening markets start at 19:00h and end around 23:00h. There is always music and dancing, making this an unmissable attraction for young and old. Every Thursday evening (July and August) there is a night market in Lauzerte.
Regularly in surrounding villages "Vide grenier" (flea markets), as well as brocante antique markets.

Moissac, a stage along the pilgrimage route to Compostela and a centre of Romanesque art in France. One of the most beautiful spots in Tarn et Garonne, including the Abbey of Saint-Pierre - a Unesco World Heritage Site - and the Pont Canal, about 38 minutes away.
