The house
Petit Quillot is a beautiful holiday home which can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. You have a private terrace with great views so you can enjoy the pleasant temperatures from breakfast onwards. Petit Quillot has a bright living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and cosy sitting area with TV. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. Of course there is WiFi. Swimming pool and summer kitchen with covered terrace are at the disposal of all guests.

Situated on 26 hectares of land, the Quillot domain offers breathtaking views, peace and space. There are 2 gites on the estate. Petit Quillot for up to 2 adults and 2 children and Grand Quillot for up to 8 people. There is also the large swimming pool with covered terrace and summer kitchen. From Quillot you can be in the French village of Lavit (1600 inhabitants) within 1.8 km. In Lavit you have a supermarket with butcher, an artisan bakery, doctor, pharmacy and restaurant/café Le Vic de Lomagne. Lavit is 1150 km from Utrecht and can be easily reached by car. Toulouse international airport is 55 km away and the TGV stops in Agen, 38 km from Quillot. The Lomagne region offers something for everyone. Long walks, beautiful cycling tours, markets with fresh local produce, boat or canoe trips on the Garonne, museums or visiting a beautiful French chateau.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in Petit Quillot. We komen al jaren in Frankrijk en hebben zeer veel verschillende huizen gehuurd, maar zelden was een huis zo compleet en schoon als deze! En daarbij doen Michel en Nicole er alles aan om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Gastvrijheid ten top!
Het zwembad is heerlijk en de omgeving is mooi. Niet heel toeristisch, maar dat vonden wij eigenlijk wel fijn. En een extra voordeel; je hoeft niet op een zaterdag aan te komen of te vertrekken, wat in het hoogseizoen erg prettig is.

Goed uitgeruste schone nette gite met vrij uitzicht over de velden. De gite ligt op een ruim opgezet prachtig domein.
Rust, ruimte en zeer vriendelijke eigenaren.

Restaurants, food & wine
In the immediate vicinity are several characteristic French villages including Auvillar, Lectoure, Moissac and Fleurance with their local markets, many restaurants, nice terraces and places of interest. The cities of Toulouse, Agen, Auch and Montauban are within an hour of Quillot. Here you can shop, eat and drink in countless restaurants/terraces, visit museums and enjoy the beautiful city centres.
In Lavit, there is a small market every week on Fridays. In summer, there are the "marchés gourmands" where you can sit at long tables to enjoy local specialities.
Activities
In the heart of the Lomagne region is a beautiful Tuscan-style country house with 2 holiday homes and a large swimming pool. The estate is located in the middle of a hilly landscape that is reminiscent of Tuscany in everything. An oasis of peace where you can enjoy the sun, beautiful views and overwhelming nature. Petit Quillot is located on the Quillot domain, together with another gite, Grand Quillot, which can accommodate up to 8 people. On the domain there is a 6 x 12 metre swimming pool with lovely loungers for our guests. Overlooking the pool is a large covered terrace with dining table/chairs and summer kitchen, which is equipped with bbq, fridge, toilet and shower. Adjacent you have access to a beach volleyball court, slide, climbing frame, swing, table tennis and dartboard.
The surrounding area offers something for everyone. Long walks, beautiful cycling tours, markets with local fresh produce, boat or canoe trips on the Garonne, museums and visiting a beautiful French chateau.
