Domaine Roujos - Terra

The Terra gîte is located on the Roujos estate, a 7-hectare nature reserve with 3 fully-equipped gîtes around a swimming pool heated to 27°C!
The Terra (and Ocre) gîtes are spacious 140m² gites, each comprising :
- 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor.
- a 36m² private terrace sheltered by a veranda and equipped with wooden furniture.
- a 16m² fitted kitchen with all appliances;
- outdoor furniture and sun loungers
Detailed description of the layout :
TERRA is furnished in a local style, is surrounded by old plane trees and has large French windows opening onto the spacious terrace with covered veranda, where you can relax on balmy summer evenings. Wooden garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue will turn al fresco dining and lounging into an idyllic holiday.

- Sitting area with 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, wood-burning stove, TV
- Well-equipped open-plan kitchen with fridge, freezer, hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.
- Three bedrooms: two double bedrooms on the ground floor, bathroom with shower and washbasin, separate toilet. On the first floor, a mezzanine (30m²) with a 160x200 double bed and a play loft for the children.
The beds are made up on arrival, and the house has baby equipment (a high chair and a cot).
There is also a washing machine and games (for shared use).
As there are no thresholds, the house is also suitable for wheelchair users.
The shared library, located above the hall, is available to both gîtes and is an ideal place to play, read or paint.
