The house
The Pastel gîte is located on the Roujos estate, a 7-hectare nature reserve with 3 fully-equipped gîtes surrounding a 27° heated swimming pool.
Pastel is the former 'caretaker's house', which is next door to the manor house, but separated by a workshop that guarantees the privacy of our holidaymakers.
Pastel is a fully-equipped French gite (80m2, sleeps 2-4)! It has a large terrace, wooden garden furniture, parasol, BBQ, deckchairs and a magnificent view of the hills and Vigueron church.
On the ground floor (30m2) there is a living room and open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, electric hob, fridge and freezer), a bathroom with walk-in shower and wall-hung WC, and on the first floor two large bedrooms (25m2 each). It has

On the first floor are two large interconnected bedrooms (25m2 each). The parents' bedroom has twin beds (160x200cm) and the children's bedroom has two single beds (2 x 90cm) and a cot.

Domaine du Roujos is set in a magnificent landscape of gentle hills, near the medieval village of Beaumont de Lomagne (4 km) in the Tarn et Garonne department, on the border with the Gers and 50 km north of Toulouse.
In the Tarn et Garonne, you can relax by the pool, dine under the stars and enjoy the typical French villages you see in films, covered terraces and country cooking. With its warm climate, welcoming people and friendly lifestyle, you can relax completely in this peaceful environment.
A perfect place for walking and cycling, enjoying the picturesque villages and bastides, as well as the many fishing and swimming lakes.

The rosé of Saint Sardos has well earned its stripes, and you'll find several wineries within 30 minutes. Gaillac and Donzac also produce delicious vins de conservation. Foie gras, Armagnac and duck breast complete the list of specialities from our region. The region's great speciality, however, is garlic, and you'll also find plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables!

Magnificent swimming pool heated to 27° by a heat pump, so you can swim whatever the weather.
The pool is fully enclosed in a sheltered, south-facing location, with views of the surrounding hills.
Its size (14x6.5m), comfortable steps and heating make it the ideal place to relax for young and old alike. The first part of the pool is one metre deep, then gently descends to two metres, making it suitable for young children too. The pool is also illuminated for night-time swimming.
A sufficient number of beach beds are available.

Wij verbleven in het huisje Ocre. Heel fijn, schoon en compleet huis. Heerlijk zwembad. De waterkoker functioneerde niet goed, dit aangegeven en de volgende ochtend kregen we een nieuwe. Fijne service. Veel privacy. Er kwam ook nog een hertje langs. Horren voor de ramen (niet dat er veel insecten zijn maar toch fijn als je de ramen open wilt zetten).

Wat heb ik met mijn vrouw en 2 kinderen ( 2.5 en 4 jaar ) een heerlijk verblijf gehad op landgoed Roujos. Wij hadden gite Occra gehuurd en het eerste wat opviel was de ruimte. Wat groot en leuk ingedeeld. Er is boven een gemeenschappelijk speelruimte voor de kinderen en de bedden slapen heerlijk. Een grote plus is het verwarmd zwembad. De kinderen stonden bibberend in het zwembad in Nederland en in Roujos konden ze heerlijk lang zwemmen. In de buurt heb je genoeg bezienswaardigheden wat aan te rijden is (Toulouse, Montauban, Auch Tarban en nog veel meer). Ons ontvangst op het landgoed was heel hartelijk en ik zou een verblijf hier iedereen durven aan te raden!
