La Terrace

La Terrasse is a lovely, well equipped and very comfortable house with a lovely south facing and very private roof terrace . From the moment you walk in you will be enchanted by the warmth and homely feel of the house.
Combining original features of wooden beams and exposed stone walls with modern appliances for year round comfort , it is the ideal retreat for peace, quiet and total relaxation and comes fully equipped .
The bedroom is on the lower floor and has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and lamps, there is a wardrobe with shelving for clothes , a mirror , hairdryer , electric radiator.
In the shower room there is a wash basin with mirror and storage above, heated towel rail, w.c. The washing machine is located under the stairs.
The living room has old wooden beams and low ceilings with wall lights. There is a wood burning fire for use during early or late season lets as well as an electric radiator .There is a comfortable leather suite with a 3 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs, coffee table , dvd / cd player , a few English tv stations , a small book case with maps of the local area. There is also internet access The living room window faces south with views over the village and onto open countryside .
On the top floor is the kitchen/diner . The old exposed stone walls give that rustic feel and is well equipped for your holiday needs . There is a ceramic hob and electric oven with working space for preparation , a fridge/freezer , combination oven/microwave and plenty crockery , cutlery , pots , pans and untensils , there is also a coffee filter machine . The dining table and chairs are opposite where there are wall lights and an electric radiator .
From here you step through the double sliding patio doors onto the lovely roof terrace giving wonderful open views of the village , the old church , the 16th century chateau and the lovely open countryside. There is an outside dining table with chairs, gas barbecue, 2 sunloungers and wall lights for the evening dining .

On your arrival, you will find there is enough , tea , coffe , sugar , kitchen and toilet rolls , washing up liquid and washing powder, salt and peppr for at least the first few days if not for the full duration of your holidays , and cleanliness is assured.
