The house
The gîte "La Bergerie" is a bright gîte of 75 m² on two levels for 5 people with two double bedrooms and a bed upstairs. The flat is decorated in keeping with the style of the house (beams, stone) but with all modern comforts. The entrance is via the staircase and small porch which leads to the kitchen - dining room equipped with dishwasher, oven, small appliances. Comfortable living room partially open on the kitchen with its fireplace (insert).
On the first floor a large landing leads to a bedroom with double bed and another with two beds, bathroom with bath, bidet, washbasin, separate WC.
Its south-western exposure allows you to enjoy the sun from midday to evening
The view over the hills and the entrance to the mas and the swimming pool.
A studio adjoining the gîte can accommodate 3 additional people.

At the foot of the Pyrenees in the middle of the mountains on the height of 400m, Mas Manyaques is a unique place by its geographical situation and its enchanting setting. You will love its 20m long swimming pool, the river, the forest and meadows and above all space, lots of space. Mas Manyaques is home to several large units so you can interact with other guests, your children can play together but given the space around and within the Mas you will never be disturbed by the presence of others.

Further remarks
Mas Manayques is pleasantly cool in the summer due to its location. We do not need air conditioning, the nights are cool and the walls of the house are very thick.
