The house
Our safari tent, set on a solid wooden platform under a beautiful old holm oak, is like a tree house. A cosy living space complete with a dining area, sitting area and kitchenette. The original furnishings have a tough natural feel. One bedroom with double bed (140x200) and one room with two single beds. There is also a stretcher for a fifth person if necessary. The nature cottage has a large covered terrace on the wooden deck in front of the tent, which makes the living space even more spacious and pleasant. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, sink, fridge, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. During possible cooler days in mid and low season, you can use the gas heater (at an extra charge). The sanitary block is 20 metres away on foot. also available for two people

Fijne plek middenin de natuur. Pad naar tent is een uitdaging als je slecht ter been bent. Eten table d’hote was heerlijk! Hans & Eva zijn uitstekende gastheer en vrouw en staan altijd voor je klaar.

Ideally located on the edge of the Lozère and the Gard, it certainly calls for further exploration. The rugged beauty and rich nature of the 'Lozere' and the Parc Nationale de Cevennes, the charm of the Mediterranean 'Gard', it is at your fingertips. It offers plenty of occasion for hikes (on foot, by bike, donkey or horse or by car), picnics and swimming fun. There are many sporting possibilities (e.g. hiking, cycling, donkey rides, horse riding, climbing, canyoning, caving, canoeing and in winter you can also go skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing not far from here) The vineyards of the Languedoc can be visited. The charming French towns and villages in the area offer a range of festivals, folklore activities, markets, pavement cafes, restaurants and sightseeing.
