The house
Holiday home Les Lacades with PRIVATE pool is located just outside the village of Touzac. It has a spacious living room with spacious kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and oven.
The living room has comfortable chairs and a sofa. There is Dutch television and internet (wifi).
There are 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: 2 bed with 2 mattresses of 90x200 and 2 separate duvets.
Bedroom 2: 2 bed with 2 mattresses of 80x200 and 2 separate duvets + loft bed of 90x200.
Bathroom with shower.
The washing machine is in the shed.
The garden is completely fenced and there is a lot of privacy. The swimming pool (not fenced) 9x4 meters. (open from June to September)
There are plenty of garden and deck chairs and a simple BBQ.
We cannot use our house all summer. (we don't have that much vacation) that's why we offer it for rental. We always really enjoy the peace and quiet and the environment. There is plenty of opportunity for walking, cycling, fishing, visiting villages and markets. And don't forget the culinary part. There are plenty of chateaux where you can taste wine and lunch in the restaurants in the area is a must.
In short, all the ingredients for a wonderful time.
A baker comes into the village every morning. So you can have breakfast with a fresh baguette.
In the village there is a cafe and a hairdresser.

Leuk huis met een ruime omheinde tuin en heerlijk zwembad!
Wij waren hier met onze dochters (7 en 8) en die genoten ontzettend van het zwembad.
Het huis is comfortabel ingericht en de keuken is heerlijk ruim. Het is ook erg fijn dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is.In de buurt is genoeg te doen en te zien. Wij hebben ook genoten van een nieuwe activiteit in de buurt, op een Fatvelo een mooie fietstocht gemaakt door de omgeving zonder dat jeje al teveel hoeft in te spannen.
Er zijn genoeg kastelen en oude dorpjes in de buurt om te bezoeken (en markten) een grote supermarkt is in de direct omgeving aanwezig (Montayral).Wat ons betreft is het huis zeker een aanrader ook voor gezinnen met kinderen (wel met zwemdiploma want zwembad heeft geen ondiep gedeelte).

Heerlijk weekje gehad, ruim huisje met lekker zwembad. Rustige lokatie op loopafstand van dorpje waar de bakker brood verkoopt vanuit zijn bestelauto. Ideaal om te onthaasten. Huis is goed compleet, alles is aanwezig, wifi was goed. Badkamer was een beetje Franse slag, maar dat stoorde niet echt. De afgesloten tuin is handig als de hond mee is. In de omgeving genoeg te zien en te doen. In de stadjes eromheen leuke restaurants. Goed contact met de verhuurders.

Heerlijk huis en tuin. Groene rustige omgeving. In het dorpje is het cafeetje dicht, maar je kunt er leuke kleine avond wandelingen maken. Ik heb veel reeën gezien. Dorpen in nabije omgeving mooi en je kunt op veel plekken heerlijk en gezellig lunchen.
