Rouge-queue noir**** opened in 2017 after a thorough restoration.
This homely, luxury gîte has an area but of no less than 140 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Through the entrance on the ground floor, you enter a spacious living room equipped with comfortable furniture, a beautiful wood-burning stove and a cosy seating area where you have a flat-screen TV with Dutch and foreign channels and a CD/DVD set. WIFI is available free of charge.

The still original, high, oak beamed ceiling gives a spacious effect and the beautifully restored old stone "en pierre" walls provide the authentic, homely, French, feeling.

The modern open kitchen is very well equipped, including a 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combi-oven/microwave and an extensive inventory that will also satisfy amateur cooks. For lovers, a Nespresso coffee machine is available.

In the adjoining room you will find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

From the kitchen you can access a spacious terrace, 35 m², equipped with teak chairs and dining table where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun with a beautiful view over the swimming pool and the landscaped garden with its various fruit trees. In the warm afternoon, this is the place to seek shade and lose yourself in a good book. At the front of the gîte, you can enjoy the sun all afternoon and evening.

Rouge-queue noir**** has 3 bedrooms, one of which,19 m², is on the ground floor. The double bed of 160 x 200 has 2 separate mattresses. The luxurious bathroom "en suite" is equipped with rain shower and sink.
On the first floor are two very spacious bedrooms . During the renovation, original oak beams were retained and the ridge height of over 5 metres gives a spacious effect.

The large room, 30 m², with its characteristic old stone "en pierre" wall is equipped with a double bed of 160 x 200 with separate mattresses.

The other room, 22 m², has two single beds of 90 x 200.

Both bedrooms have a modern luxury bathroom "en suite" with rain shower, washbasin and (separate) toilet. We use Auping spiral bases and thick pocket-spring mattresses of varying firmness, among other things.
