Beautiful holiday villa in southern France (Lot region known for its delicious Malbec wines) with heated pool, located in Puy L'Evêque with beautiful views, within walking distance of Lot river and near extensive vineyards.
Puy L'Evêque is a beautiful town on the banks of the Lot, which together with Saint-Cirq-Lapopie competes for the title of most beautiful village on the Lot.
Sleeps 2 to 6 persons.
Very quietly located in a residential area. Yet all amenities are nearby (bakery, very good restaurants, supermarket, shopping centre, several wineries including Flemish (Famaey)).
Includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, spacious living room, mezzanine.
2 spacious terraces (front terrace with view of pool and surroundings and back terrace with sitting area under pergola), so always somewhere in the sun or shade.
House is very tastefully decorated and equipped with all possible facilities.
For heating there is both a wood stove (Godin) and a pellet stove (Piazzetta).
2 TVs with all Flemish/Dutch channels and very decent vintage stereo.
House is fully basement with garage and full mancave with both a pool table and darts.
There is also a private boules court in the adjoining garden for enthusiasts.
There are also 5 decent bicycles at your disposal (racing bike, 2 mountain bikes, 2 women's bikes of which 1 electric.In the surrounding area there are many places of interest, including Domme, Sarlat, Rocamadour, Cahors, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie.....
House is not open to young people only and should not be used for festivities or gatherings.

Additional price info and offers
If pellet stoves are still being used during the month of April, 10 €/bag of 15 kg will be charged for heating with pellets. This is also the current cost price for us, so we make absolutely no profit on this. Further use of electricity for pool heating and heating radiators in bathrooms and kitchen is also included in the price. However, it is urgently requested not to use the many heaters that are present in almost all rooms and would obviously consume a lot of electricity.
