The house
A terrace with a wide view of nature.
A garden with many corners to relax: whether on benches, in the hammock or on the swing.
A large pool for swimming and playing. A forest to cool off in when it's very hot.
And plenty of space to look out into the distance or watch the abundance of stars on a clear night.
Mas Colorelle - our renovated country house from 1820 - is situated on one hectare of land. The long main house houses the kitchen and the living room and TV room with toilet on three levels. The high ceiling with old wooden beams creates space and atmosphere. Three doors lead to the outdoor area, which is laid out on different levels.
The furnishings of the house are brand new: in 2022 the house was newly furnished to a high standard and with attention to design and details.
All-round nature in the picturesque village of Martignac, whose 12th-century church is something very special: 800-year-old frescoes and a discreet ringing of bells that constantly accompanies you throughout the day.
The medieval town of Puy-l'Évêque is 1.6 km away, directly on the Lot. There you can buy everything for your daily needs.
The Lot is a wonderful leisure river for canoeing and swimming. Various small beaches and boat rental places can be found nearby.
If you go by bike, you will discover many places to visit.
