The holiday home is situated in the woody area of Pontcirq (2 km), between the tourist toppers Cahors (25 km) and Fumel (33 km) on a partly enclosed property with a lot of privacy.

Detached, recently built holiday home. You have a - partially wooded - terrain of 1.4 ha at your disposal, surrounded by a neat garden with shade trees. A fantastic place for the children, who will romp, swing and play hide-and-seek to their heart's content. They will probably have the most fun in your fenced private swimming pool (10.5 x 5.5 m, depth 1.40 - 2.40 m) with terrace and sun beds, on which you look out from the beautiful, higher situated and partly covered terrace with garden furniture and BBQ, with a wide view over the valley in the background. In the evening on the terrace listening to the owls, the deer, the grunting of the wild pigs, etc.

Heerlijk! Alles was echt dik in orde.

Further remarks

Unprecedented variety and the best of everything
- Unspoilt nature between two rivers: the Dordogne and the Lot
- The Grande Randonnée, more than 700 km of walking routes
- Highest concentration of historical monuments in southern France
- Gastronomic regional dishes of cèpes, confits and truffles
- Les Causses, sparsely populated limestone plateaus with low cork oaks
- The vineyards of Cahors are among the oldest in France

Holidays in the Lot: an unprecedented variety in France

Book a holiday home in the Lot! Also known by its historical name of Quercy and sometimes considered the little brother of the Dordogne. The latter is unjustified! The Lot is perhaps less well known, but just as beautiful as the Dordogne. And a lot quieter! The landscape is littered with all the beauty you could want in France: lovely towns, castles, rivers, restaurants, fantastic views and natural beauty. And... beautiful holiday homes!

Enjoy the Lot for the enormous variety of possibilities for your holiday
