Las Costes

In a great spot, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, stands this characteristic and romantic holiday home Las Costes. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet with your loved one and/or your family in a historic setting. Special about this place is the garden with its private swimming pool and the great view from the terrace. Can you see yourself sitting here already, enjoying a leisurely breakfast with fresh croissants and delicious strong French coffee? Or on a lukewarm summer evening with a glass of wine, by candlelight, watching the starry sky?

Inside
Inside, the house is simple and spacious; Las Costes is an uncomplicated, large holiday home! The open-plan kitchen with bar is fully equipped, including a large dining table where you can enjoy family meals or games. Or chill out together in the adjoining living room.... For meals outside, a garden set with a large parasol is waiting for you. And if you don't feel like cooking for yourself, the excellent Chez Chastrusse restaurant is within walking distance!

The holiday home consists of two floors with a total of four bedrooms, one of which has a large double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs are 3 more large bedrooms all with two single beds (on request, one bedroom can be covered as a double bed). If necessary, you can use a mobile air conditioner in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath and toilet and downstairs a nice new bathroom with shower with separate toilet.

Outside
The large, gently sloping garden with lawn invites you to relax, either in the sun or in the shade under one of the beautiful old trees, while the children have fun in the lovely large private 10 x 5mtr swimming pool.
