Spacious detached holiday home in quiet countryside with private pool
Enjoy the good life in this holiday home with private pool (5 by 10 metres) and sunny garden (half acre). Located in the quiet village of Nadaillac de Rouge. This cosy holiday home offers plenty of living space and privacy both inside and outside. You have an unobstructed view over the French countryside.
It can accommodate 8 people. There are four bedrooms and bathrooms:
- In the main house there is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and double bed on the ground floor.
- In the main house there is a bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor. With ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
- On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed. With a private bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in this downstairs area.
- The cottage by the pool is a 20m2 tiny house with bathroom, kitchen and a double bed (140 cm wide).
In the main house you will find a cosy living room with wood-burning stove. And a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and fridge-freezer. Around the house there is a terrace with a canopy. You can sit here in the shade at the large dining table. The house offers 170 m2 of space.
You walk to the swimming pool via stairs or the driveway. There are sunbeds, parasols and a canopy.
We do not have air conditioning. You can close the shutters to keep the heat out. And there are 3 fans.
There is plenty of parking on site. Charging of electric cars is not possible.

Activities
In the Lot and Dordogne region
Go by car and route and enjoy the picturesque villages, the characteristic routes of the Lot and Dordogne rivers and the amazing views. There is plenty to experience in this region. Visit fairytale castles and discover what it is like to be a knight. Or rent a canoe and explore the Dordogne River. You can also take a boat trip in a Gabarre. On Saturdays, there is a big market in Sarlat-la-Caneda. Buy your souvenirs here and enjoy this medieval village. Or go underground and discover one of the many caves. There are several hiking and cycling routes, also within walking distance of the holiday home. There are several golf courses nearby. Or go climbing in the climbing forest and visit the zoo. Take a garden walk in les Jardins d'eau and Marqueyssac. Visit a Ferme, and buy delicious local produce in the farm shop. The French know what good food is and know about good wines. You will find delicious and affordable restaurants in this region. You can also visit larger cities, such as Brive-la-Gailllarde, Cahors, Toulouse or Bordeaux.
