The house
Our old barn houses two surprising gites and a flat (160m²) full of charm and comfort.
Each gîte has a private entrance, garden (in front of the gîte) and large terrace with barbecue at the back
of the gite, overlooking the swimming pool.
Living room with sitting area and TV. Kitchenette with electric cooker and oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher,
microwave and coffee machine.
Bedroom with 160 cm bed and baby bed.
Bedroom with two bunk beds. Hire of bed linen possible. ( 10€ per person)
Bathroom with bath (shower perfectly possible), 2 washbasins, toilet and washing machine. Baby bath available.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in gîte Noyer. We waren er 3 weken en het huis biedt alles om het verblijf comfortabel te maken. Goede bedden. Er is een prachtig zwembad. De eigenaars van de gîte zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. De lokatie is prachtig; wel uitdagend voor langere fietstochten. Het is echt een plek om tot rust te komen. Wij hopen nog eens terug te komen

The exquisite cuisine of Quercy is famous for its foie gras, truffles, confits, mushrooms, walnuts,
melons.
In the vicinity there are typical French eateries, from simple to luxurious.
And don't forget Figeac, the cosy night market where you can taste all the local dishes:
Aligot, escargot, truffade, foie gras and a nice wine (Cahors, Marcillac,...)
Activities
Meandering country roads lead you to the many picturesque villages, including St-cirque-Lapopie, voted the most beautiful village in France in 2012.
Certainly not to forget: Figeac, Rocamadour,Cahors,Gouffre de Padirac,pilgrimage site Conques,Cardaillac,...
There are several castles and museums to visit, numerous markets and flea markets.

Further remarks
Possibility to rent a second gîte, identical to gîte prunier, also located on the ground floor of the building. Sufficient privacy, each gîte has a garden in front of the gîte and a spacious terrace with barbecue at the back of the gîte, all this on 6 ha of land.
