This beautiful detached barn has recently been restored and offers lots of light, space and comfort.
The gîte (80m²) is on the ground floor, no other occupants.
Large living-dining room overlooking the private pool. The swimming pool (9x4.5m) has a large sun terrace with loungers and parasols.
Heated pool so you can swim from June to September.
Furthermore, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, gas hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer at the bottom, dishwasher. Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, washing machine and towel dryer.
Two bedrooms also equipped with all the necessary comfort. T.V., DVD player, books.

Lovely quiet and private location in the middle of nature on a plot of 25 ares.
The Lot is part of the Midi-Pyrenees region. A beautiful hilly region, with atmospheric villages and extremely suitable for walking and cycling.
A still authentic region with an unspoilt nature and a very hospitable population.
There are beautiful places to visit such as St-Cirq-Lapopie (proclaimed the most beautiful village of France in 2012), The pilgrimage Rocamadour, Figeac, Cahors, St-Céré, etc.. Further caves like Gouffre de Padirac, Lacave etc.
At 7 km there is Latronquiere, where you can go to the bakery, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.
Lac du tolerme, a large swimming lake is at 9 km.
The rivers, Lot and Célé, are suitable for canoeing, fishing and swimming.

The cosy night market in Figeac, where you can taste all the local dishes: aligot, truffade, escargot, foie gras. Highly recommended!!!!
In the direction of Cahors, you can explore the world of wine again.

There are several castles and museums to visit, numerous markets and flea markets.
Visit one of the many prehistoric caves with wall paintings.
Furthermore, the towns of Figeac, St-Cirq-Lapopie, St-Céré, Cardaillac, not to mention the pilgrimage Rocamadour and Cahors with its medieval Pont Valentré.
For sports lovers, there is the possibility of cycling, fishing, swimming, hiking, kayaking and gliding.
At a 25 min. drive there is a paint-ball and accro branche course.

Proper huisje. Alles aanwezig, goede bedden. Binnen blijft het koel, ondanks het warme weer. Gezellige tuin en zwembad. Heel rustige omgeving, ideaal voor wandelingen. Eigenaars zijn heel behulpzaam dus vraag zeker tips aan hen voor uitstapjes.
Wij hadden geen wifi maar daar wordt aan gewerkt ... persoonlijk vond ik dat niet erg.

Een heerlijk huis: ruim e4n van aĺle comfort voorzien. Het zwembad is ook fantastisch. We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen door de beheerders. Als je hier eenmaal bent geweest wil je zeker nog een keer terug.
De Praeter Floor from WAREGEM,
Exact een maand geleden zijn we aangekomen in de prachtige gîte in Montet-et-Bouxal. We waren heel aangenaam verrast van het huisje. Het was heel mooi en modern ingericht. Het was allemaal zeer proper. Er was zeer veel materiaal aanwezig. De tuin was netjes, het zwembad was proper, ... Kortom, niets op aan te merken. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw en gaf handige tips over wat er in de buurt allemaal was. Later in de week hebben we ook de gastheer ontmoet. We hebben een heel gezellige babbel gehad. We hadden een heel mooie vakantie in l'hirondelle. We zouden er zeker nog willen teruggaan. Elke dag kijken we nog met plezier terug op deze mooie vakantie.
