The Tour de France came to visit us on 11 July !!! That was quite a happening. Also on TV it provided beautiful images.
We rent both the 4 persons flat and a studio for 2 persons.
This studio can, if still free, also be rented. Availability is indicated on the calendar. We look forward to welcoming you!

At the foot of Montcabrier, in the Thèze Valley stands Moulin de Castelnaud, a former sawmill, then powered by water power. This is now our residential house ( on photo right) . Next to le Moulin is La Passion; long gone is the dwelling house near the sawmill. Decayed into a ruin and later rebuilt with care.
Our house, together with studio and flat la Passion, stands in a beautiful green setting. From the garden you can walk straight into the forest. There is a bakery in the village and plenty of activities to do in the area.

Flat , 4 persons. 1 bathroom, 1 double bed, 2 single beds, kitchen, toilet, terrace overlooking nature. Bedroom is upstairs and the two sleeping compartments are separated by a partition wall. 55 square metres of surface area.
Tastefully decorated with a terrace overlooking a cornfield, garden and swimming pool. Access to the house is at the front via some stone steps, also has stairs to the sleeping floor and is therefore not suitable for the disabled.
The living area has a sitting area, dining area, a closet with books and games, among other things. On the living floor is also the toilet and bathroom.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a 4-burner induction hob and a microwave oven. Towels- , kitchen linen package and linen well are included. No extra charge for final cleaning. To the side is your private terrace with a table, chairs and a duo seat.
Above the living floor is the sleeping floor. There are 2 sleeping cabins there, 1 with a double bed. The other with 2 single beds, which by the way can be coupled. The flat is non-smoking. Rental price of flat is listed on this site. The flat is officially classified with 3 *** by the Tourist Office.

Studio, downstairs, 2 persons, 1 double bed, bathroom, toilet, private outside terrace, 35 square metres area.
You rent an attractively converted, fully equipped studio with terrace doors on the garden side. The studio is at ground level and suitable for disabled people. There is a small sitting and dining area, modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob and microwave, double bed and very spacious bathroom. The studio is non-smoking. The Studio is officially rated 3 *** by the office de Tourisme. See also our other advertisement.

Pets in consultation. Because of the surrounding rivers and natural pond on our property of 4 hectares, we ask children to have at least 1 swimming certificate. Table d'hótes 2 times a week.
Guests can make use of: swimming pool (7 x 3.50 m surface-mounted pool), sun beds, parasol, entire garden, BBQ on request, 2 regular electric bikes i.o. (Fat bikes are available for rent a short distance away), Outdoor sports equipment such as ping-pong table, badminton net, Cubes game.
Use of washing machine, ironing board is possible. The swimming pool is in the garden. It is not heated, but due to the sun is often fine. The pool is shared with other guests. Tennis court and bakery in the village 1.5 km (which is a nice walk through the woods). Golf course 4km away, also a trout farm where you can catch your own fish but also buy smoked trout. We are happy to accommodate everyone and everything is negotiable. Wifi available free of charge.
