Large house dating from 1826, located on the river Dordogne.
With three spacious bedrooms (20m²- 25m²), each room has a double bed, also suitable for large people.
Bathroom with double shower and double bath.
Washing machine and dryer.
Lounge, kitchen with facilities adjacent to the (closed) terrace equipped with a comfortable seating area with dining table and views of the castle (shade and sun).

- In Martel (about 8 minutes away by car) there are all amenities such as supermarket, Office de Tourisme, pharmacist, medical centre: doctor, dentist, physiotherapist, ...
- At a distance of +/-20 minutes' drive you will find beautiful old towns such as, Rocamadour, Collonge-la-Rouge, Curemonte, Turenne, Carennac, Autoire, ... (several have the label Les Plus Beaux Villages). Also nearby the famous Gouffre de Padirac, caves, animal parks, paragliding, horse riding, steam train ride, escalade and many hiking trails.

Every Saturday morning there is a market in Martel where you can also find regional products.
Farmers in the neighbourhood sell their home-made products of nuts, goat's milk, lavender, truffles, wine, ...

Located in the Lot department on the Dordogne river
- Special location on the outside of the village and on the Dordogne River. Beach, canoe rental, tennis court, places to eat and drink can be reached on foot (200m).
- For birdwatchers, at least 80 species of birds can be observed around the house throughout the year (season dependent).

Further remarks
It is an old family house that is not suitable for large parties.
Shoes with stiletto heels are not allowed in the house, as there are wooden floors throughout the house.
