The house
The gîte Laviganne welcomes you to Le Vigan, a pretty little village near Gourdon. It is ideally located 20 km from Sarlat and 20 km from Rocamadour in a wooded area called La Bouriane. The recently renovated cottage offers serenity and tranquillity in a large wooded and flowery garden. Plenty of sunny spots to enjoy the beautiful weather.
Interior
The Gite has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a second toilet, a living room, a TV room and a well-equipped kitchen. New beds, very neat holiday home.
Outside
Gite Laviganne has a very large private pool which can also be covered, keeping the water nice and warm. The garden is fully fenced and the entrance can be closed with an automatic gate.

Le Vigan is located in the beautiful Lot/Dordogne region of south-west France. Gourdon, the capital of Bouriane, a few kilometres away, is a picturesque town with many fascinating side streets leading to the church and the "Table d'Orientation" which offers stunning 360-degree views over the Bouriane countryside. On the ring road around the town, you will find a variety of excellent restaurants and café-bars where you can sit and watch the world go by. There are also several supermarkets and bakeries selling delicious pastries, breads and croissants. Tuesday and Saturday markets sell local produce. There are also many activities to enjoy such as canoeing on the Dordogne River (8 km), ballooning (20 km), swimming and fishing in the lake (4 km), 18-hole golf course (17 km) and horse riding. riding. Rocamadour (one of the most visited sites in France), Sarlat and the "Vallée des Châteaux" are all within easy reach, as are the vineyards of Cahors where you can taste the excellent wines of the Lot.
