Le Bouyssonnet

Le Bouyssonnet is where FranceVilla once started: Thijs and Lydia's own beautiful holiday home. This lovely spot for 8 people (+ baby) with private (heated) pool and stunning views over the hills is located opposite Souillac's 18-hole Golf Club. Both for romantic escapades and family holidays, this cosily furnished wooden chalet on a private domain of 7 hectares (of which a part of about 4000 m2 is fully fenced) lends itself perfectly to it. From season 2023, there will also be air conditioning in the two master bedrooms and a charging station for your electric car.

Layout
The 200 m2 architect-designed wooden chalet is decorated with personal style and is wonderfully comfortable, both in summer and winter (well insulated). We make sure there is something new to discover every year, for example, we recently installed two new bathrooms, both with a lovely Italian Shower, one of which is en-suite to the parents' bedroom and we recently installed a fine outdoor shower.

The living room is a large room of 50 m2 with TV, stereo, CD player, dining area, plenty of books in the cupboard, CDs and wifi internet. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee machine.

There are 4 bedrooms with good hotel-quality beds (2 with a double bed, and 2 with 2 single beds, these can be joined to form a double bed) - all bedrooms have views of the pool and surrounding hills (fantastic sunsets!).

Two separate toilets. There is also electric heating.

Outside
Le Bouyssonnet has a large (partly covered) terrace with stunning views. Here you can watch the sun set at leisure. There is a private heated swimming pool (9x5m) in the garden, just 20 metres from the lovely terrace. Don't forget to put the deck on the pool at night; this will keep the water temperature nice and warm.
