The house
This cosy holiday home LOTT - Duravel for 4 people with hot tub, located on the outskirts of the village of Duravel, is fully equipped. You immediately want to go on holiday here!
Upon entering, you enter the cosy country kitchen with luxury appliances such as a 5-burner gas cooker with SMEG oven, dishwasher and spacious fridge. From the kitchen, you walk through to the living room with cosy seating consisting of a lovely leather sofa with footstool that can easily be converted into a lounge sofa. Next to the living room is the 2nd extra bedroom with 2 separate box-spring beds and the bathroom with shower and toilet. Via the stairs in the living room you go to the downstairs bedroom with 2 box-spring beds (1 bed, but can be separated) and its own washbasin with furniture. Just like in the other bedroom. This is only inside.
Outside you have a lovely garden with both sun and shade possibilities (50 m2) with in front a small veranda 5 m2 for your first cup of coffee in the morning, a covered veranda with garden furniture (10 m2) a wooden terrace with sun beds and a hot tub. Great for cooling off in the summer and relaxing in the early and late season when the evenings are still sultry.
Live like a local on the edge of southern France and enjoy the house as a base to explore the beautiful surroundings of the LOT, LOT & Garonne and Midi-Pyrenees.

The LOT region is known for its wines from Cahors and its surroundings. At 10 minutes' cycling distance from your holiday home, you can already taste delicious wines at a winery with its own vineyards. Furthermore, of course, delicious local dishes and products can be found at various restaurants nearby or local markets in e.g. Puy-Leveque or Cahors.
This region is also known for its nice evening markets with live music in summer.
Activities
Holiday home LOTT Duravel , a 4 person house with hot tub is the perfect base to explore the area on foot, by bike or by car.
Close to the Lot river along which you can cycle on the beautiful (voie verte) cycle paths. Hire a boat and bring your picnic and hang out on the water.
Beautiful places like Cahors, Sarlat Rocomadour and Saint Cirque de Lapopie nearby. Beautiful castles and of course not forgetting the wineries and chateaus for a tasting or the flea markets and local markets with the predominant products of the region.
