Susanne

Susanne is a recently built house for 6 persons (+ baby) with a private swimming pool and a large pool house, located just outside (2 km) the village Cazals in the Lot. The villa stands on its own grounds overlooking the village of Cazals. FranceVilla has been renting this house for 10 years! The house has 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking Cazals.

Layout
Large living room with open kitchen and dining area, double doors overlooking the pool. Large utility room with washing machine and storage for all your shoes and swimming gear.

1st floor
Bedroom 1 with a double bed and door to the terrace so you can enjoy a cup of coffee and the view in the morning. You can also keep an eye on your children from the terrace. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 with a double bed. Bedroom 3 with two single beds. Cot available. Separate bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.

Outside
Sitting by the pool you have a view over the rolling hills. The swimming pool and the pool house with oak beams are situated at the front of the house and therefore have sun all day. Carport at the back of the house, so your car is in the shade. The private pool is 10x5m with a shallow area with stairs, which ends in 180cm. There is a large pool house to cool down or for a relaxing day in the shade. The pool house is equipped with electric lighting so you can eat outside on warm evenings. Beyond the pool is a large lawn that can be used as a playing field (there is a jeux de boules pitch!) and there is a ping pong table.

Surroundings
Cazals has two bakers, a butcher and a small supermarket. There are cafes and restaurants and the food is very good and not expensive! There is a market every Sunday with fresh vegetables and fruit, cheese, wine, etc. In the immediate vicinity are numerous markets and especially in the summer months, there are also local farmers' markets here and there. The area has many delicious addresses to eat and wines to taste. At the edge of the village you can play tennis and there is a small lake where you can rent pedal boats.

Activities
There are nice beaches at the Dordogne River (25km) and the Lot River (also 25km). Walking, cycling, horse riding, climbing, tennis, swimming. All doable within half an hour from the house.
