Grauvière

Grauvière is a fine holiday home, located in the most beautiful part of the Périgod Noir (Dordogne/Lot) and suitable for up to 8 people. Grauvière is surrounded by a large, partially fenced garden with a lovely private heated swimming pool at the back where you can relax. The old fortified town of Gourdon with all facilities and numerous restaurants is only a 10-minute drive from your accommodation, a bakery and a good restaurant can be found in the nearby village just a few kilometres away. From season 2025, there will be air conditioning in the holiday home.

Inside
Grauvière has a spacious living room with open kitchen equipped with all amenities. French doors give direct access to the terrace (120m2) and the swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to the left and 2 bedrooms and bathroom to the right of the living room. Ideal for two families, for example.

Outside
The garden of about 1500m2 (fenced) offers a lot of privacy and for the children there is a lawn to play/football. At the rear of Grauvière is the terrace and swimming pool (with roman steps) of 10 x 5mtr. Next to the house there is a driveway with ample parking.
