Villa La Fontaine

Interior:
The living room has spacious sliding doors opening onto the spacious covered terrace with its fantastic views. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is of course fully equipped. The entire house is at ground level. There is a guest toilet in the hall. There are three bedrooms on the left side of the house. One bedroom has a double bed (200×180) and French doors to the terrace, another bedroom has two boxsprings (90×200) and the third bedroom also has two boxsprings (80×200). These bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, two sinks and a WC. The fourth bedroom is on the right side of the house, near the garage, a private exit to the covered terrace, double bed (140×200) and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The garage has a washing machine, tumble dryer, extra fridge and freezer.

Outside the house:
Adjacent to the living room is the spacious covered terrace with the large dining table. A spacious, stately staircase leads to the lower spacious terrace with the large, heated private pool with Roman steps. There is also a lovely seating area in the shade for relaxing away from the sun. The beautifully decorated and atmospheric garden adds a lot of ambiance to the whole. It is nice to relax in this beautiful location after you have made nice trips or if you just want to stay 'at home'. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal for delicious 'French' dishes. For the 'sporty' ones, there is a jeu de boules court for a fun game before the evening falls. Parking is located at the front of the house in its own grounds.
