The house
Driving along the winding roads and through the vineyards of the beautiful Minervois area, you arrive at the rustic village of Siran and look out onto the ridge of the Motangen Noir where this newly renovated, modernly furnished villa is located. Once you arrive at the friendly villa with heated pool, you look out over this amazing area to the Pyrenees.

General:
Returning from a day at the beach or one of the many other entertainment options that this region has to offer, it is lovely to relax under the covered terrace by the private heated pool. The views from this villa remain breathtaking and are constantly changing as the sun's light moves. The village of Siran is nearby for delicious fresh 'croissants' and 'pain au chocolat', or for a coffee or a delicious lunch on the terrace of the bar together with the locals.
Furnishings:
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and opens onto the covered terrace. The living/dining room is decorated in a contemporary style and has French doors opening onto the terrace. The villa has three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (160×200) and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (80×200) and one of these bedrooms has doors to the terrace. There is a second bathroom with shower and double sink. The guest WC is located in the hallway. This beautiful villa is air-conditioned, both in the living room and in the bedrooms.
Outside the house:
The pleasant heated private pool is adjacent to the covered terrace with dining table where you can also enjoy the great views and have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Next to this, the terrace opens onto the living room where you can relax in the lounge set and enjoy the peace and quiet, the beautiful natural surroundings and of course a nice local wine. Of course, there are sunbeds for relaxing under the French sun. There is a BBQ at your disposal and you can park your car in front of the house on the private property.
