Villa Myosotis

Sitting in the jacuzzi, overlooking the Minervois countryside, with a glass of local wine, enjoying all the beauty this place has to offer. A game of petanque, swimming in the private pool and relaxing on the spacious covered terrace, everything is possible. Arriving at this villa, you can relax on the spacious covered terrace. You overlook the sloping landscape with its hills, vineyards to the mountains of the Pyrenees. From the villa you can go for walks and the village is close by for fresh croissants every morning. The wooded surroundings invite you to relax and a day at the beach is also a possibility. The living room and open kitchen (65m²) are connected to the large covered terrace, which can be reached through French doors. The kitchen is of course equipped with all the modern appliances you would expect from a holiday villa. All bedrooms are on the ground floor. Two bedrooms have doors opening onto the covered terrace and double beds (210x180 and 210x160) . One of these bedrooms has its own bathroom with vanity unit, shower, bathtub and toilet. The second bathroom is located between the other two bedrooms and has a vanity unit and a shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (200x80). Naturally, there is a guest toilet in the hallway. The large, spacious covered terrace communicates with two bedrooms and the living room/kitchen and is therefore easily accessible. Here you can fully enjoy the peace, space and great views. A spacious, wide staircase takes you to the lower sun terrace with its sunbeds, private pool (4x8) and jacuzzi. There is also the possibility of a game of jeu de boules on the private court and, for the avid sportsmen (or fun-lovers), there is table tennis. Naturally, this villa has a BBQ. Parking is located at the front of the house in its own grounds.
