The house
Furnishings:
The living room (40m²) and open-plan kitchen (8m²) and air-conditioning open onto the covered terrace with French doors. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds (160×200) and patio doors to the outside. The third bedroom has 2 single beds (90×200). There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath. Both bathrooms have a WC The washing machine is in the storeroom.
Outside the house:
Adjacent to the living room is the covered terrace, sun terrace with heated pool (4×8) and lovely views over the rolling countryside. Around the pool you can relax on the sunbeds. The house is surrounded by the beautifully landscaped garden. A relaxing game of petanque is possible on the private court or a fanatical game of table tennis is also a possibility. From the house you walk straight into the impressive nature with all its different facets. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. Parking is located on the side of the property.

General:
In the village of Siran there are some small shops (bakery, grocery, restaurant, bar.) and 15 min away by car are several large supermarkets and other shops. The villa is located on the slope of the montagne noir mountains and is surrounded by fantastic views, great nature spots, hiking and mountain bike trails and the beach is relatively close. Many attractions are a short distance from this property and it is great to come back and relax at this villa after a day out.
