La Cerisaie

La Cerisaie is a bed & breakfast in the Maison de Maître and behind it (where the wine cellar and carriage house used to be) two gîtes. These rooms have been completely converted (of which only the roof construction and outer walls have been preserved) into 2 nice little apartments, one for 4 persons and one for 2 persons. We offer the gîte for 4 persons via this website. In July and August, the gîtes are available for families with children aged 12 and over. In the early and late season (April, May, June, September) the gîtes are available for guests aged 16 and over.

THE 4-PERSON GITE
The 4-person gite has a surface area of 60 m2. It is a ground-level living unit (first floor) with living room, dining area and kitchen, with from there a fixed staircase to the attic room with 2 single beds of 1.90 metres long. The other bedroom has a fine double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 metres.

Layout:
- spacious open-plan kitchen with sitting area;
- sitting room with sofa and two armchairs;
- balcony with balcony doors to sitting room and door to bedroom;
- access to hallway, from which the rear car park can be reached;
- hallway with access to double bedroom with box spring double bed of 1,60 X 2,00 metres;
- toilet;
- bathroom with washbasin and modern walk-in shower;
- stairs to attic room with two single beds.

CONTEMPORARY COMFORT
The gîtes feature the 'terre cuite' floor tiles typical of the region. Together with antique cupboards, tables and chairs, this adds a lot of charm to the gîte. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker (oven), microwave and fridge. Kitchen linen is included. There is a central extraction system, and heating.

SUNNY BALCONIES
The living room has a glass front with doors opening onto a lovely balcony (including garden furniture with parasol); through a recess in the roof plane is a spacious private sunny terrace realised, overlooking the garden (with swimming pool 10 x 5 surrounded by nice loungers) and the mountains beyond.

PARKING
Parking is available in the grounds of La Cerisaie, or at the rear of the Maison, which can be easily reached via a path. From there, a slightly sloping path leads to the central hallway of the gîte, which is directly adjacent to the cherry orchard.

CLEANING
It is our experience that proper cleaning of a gîte easily takes 3 hours. We don't think it's realistic to spend your last holiday day that way. That's why we take care of the cleaning so you can enjoy La Cerisaie until the last minute!

- We also have a 2-person gite.
- In the Maison de Maître we have five beautiful B&B rooms. For example for grandparents who come along on holiday, but want to have their own place. And there is also the (2p) studio: a nice room with bathroom and kitchenette.
- Three times a week we cook a delicious three-course dinner (€30), which we serve (weather permitting) outside at long tables on the terrace in front of the Maison.
- If you wish, you can also take advantage of our breakfast buffet.
- At La Cerisaie in the main season we welcome guests from the age of 12. In early and late season, guests aged 16 and over are welcome.
- Dogs are welcome on request/in consultation. Cost: €5 per day.
