The villa has a large living room with French doors to the covered terrace and a functional, fully equipped, open-plan kitchen. Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms (double bed 180×200) with private bathroom (shower and washbasin) and French doors opening to the covered terrace overlooking the garden, pool and surroundings. There is a third bedroom (double bed 180×200) and a separate bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet on this ground floor. There is a guest toilet in the hallway. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms (double beds 180×200) with French doors opening onto the large balcony where you have a great view of the surroundings. Of course, the house has a washing machine.

Outside the house:
The large covered terrace opens onto the beautiful planted garden, the large sun terrace and the large private heated swimming pool. The whole property has a lovely Mediterranean atmosphere and makes you feel 'at home' in La France. There is and ample parking on the private property for several cars. Of course, a BBQ is at your disposal.
