The villa has a pleasant, attractive spacious living room (45M2) with doors to the covered terrace and a functional, open-plan kitchen, next to the kitchen is a utility room with the washing machine, dryer, 2nd fridge and plenty of storage space. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, of 16M2, (one with a 160x200cm bed and one with a 180x200cm bed) with French doors to the covered terrace and swimming pool. In the hallway is the bathroom with double sink, toilet and shower, there is a guest toilet in the hallway.
Outside the house:
Adjacent to the living room is the covered terrace overlooking the beautiful garden and swimming pool. The part of the garden surrounding the pool is fully enclosed. There are plenty of sunbeds to enjoy the French sun, but there are also plenty of shaded areas. In front of the house you can see the highest mountain in the area, the Caroux, of about 1100 metres. The house is located amidst vineyards, characteristic olive trees, and beautiful nature.
Spacious parking is located in front of the house on private property.

In a perfect location a beautiful villa for 4 people. The beautiful garden, the large swimming pool and of course the complete villa make this place ideal for your well-earned holiday. The sloping countryside, wooded area and typical villages complete the picture.

Activities
General:
The authentic village, located in the hilly region of the Hérault, really gives you the feeling of being in the South of France. The nearby larger village of ST-Chinian has everything a person needs for daily life: a supermarket, bars, restaurants, shop etc..
There is also a large market here twice a week (Thursday and Sunday). Touring through the amazing surroundings is a must to do (by car or mountain bike). There are many attractions in the area and even the beach is not far. The villa is excellently located as a starting point for shorter and longer hikes. About 4 km away flows the beautiful fast-flowing river Orb with its beaches and the possibility of swimming and canoeing.
