The house
Welcome to BoutiqueStudio5, two stylish renovated accommodations consisting of a studio and a gîte centrally located in the beautiful Hérault in southern France. Located in a picturesque French village surrounded by vineyards, not far from the Mediterranean coast, this hidden gem awaits your arrival.
Both can accommodate up to 2 people.
You can enjoy a warm and sunny climate all year round, walk or cycle from our front door, explore the vineyards of Languedoc Roussillon and enjoy all the culture the Hérault has to offer.
You can make use of a spacious outdoor swimming pool with sunny terrace, a fully equipped gym and the large private garden of almost 7000m2.
The cosy studio has a living cum bedroom with its own kitchen and bathroom. The double bed is 160 wide and 200 long. There is private entrance from the outside terrace. The interior has recently been completely renovated in Boutique style with carefully chosen curtains, wallpaper, paint and furniture.

Hérault is a department in the sunny south of France at the Mediterranean Sea. The department is named after the river of the same name that runs through it. In the department, located in the Occitaine, you can enjoy wonderful beaches. Furthermore, there is plenty to discover in the department! Visit the famous vineyards, hike through the various nature reserves and enjoy the typical French cities such as Montpellier, Béziers and Sète. The beautiful lakes in the department are also worth a visit. Or pay a visit to the Grotte de Glamouse, one of the most beautiful caves of the region.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad!
Marco en Rob zijn ontzettend gastvrij en doen hun uiterste best om alles mooi, gezellig en netjes te houden. De rust die er hing was onvoorstelbaar.
Toen we toekwamen stond er al een flesje wijn en wat lekkers klaar, heel attent.Wij hadden de studio gereserveerd en deze was qua grootte perfect voor ons, zeker aangezien we vooral buiten te vinden waren met het mooie weer. Fijn bed en goede airconditioning in de studio.
We hebben voornamelijk gebruik gemaakt van de buitenkeuken, waar ook een bbq ter beschikking stond. Ook heel fijn dat er (elektrische) fietsen en een gym is waar je gebruik van kan maken. Zwembad is ook heel netjes onderhouden. Leuk dat we lekkere biologische groenten uit de moestuin kregen.

Reizen is altijd fijn, maar je ergens thuis voelen is perfect. Wat een fijne plek is door jou gecreëerd: een fijne studio, het zwembad met terras, jouw gastvrije ontvangst met eigen gebakken vijgentaart! Met veel oog voor detail is het dus "home away frome home" geworden. En dan ook nog met Popov, de huiskat, die ons in de ochtend direct kwam begroeten en die fungeerde als de "quality inspector"! De Hérault is ook nog een prachtige streek. We hebben lang nog niet alles gezien, dus wellicht komen we weer eens buurten!

Wat een prachtige week hebben wij hier gehad; ondanks de hoge temperaturen genoten wij volop van jullie fraaie sfeer- en smaakvolle verblijf en omgeving! Hartelijk dank voor de enorme gastvrijheid en de fijne gesprekken met elkaar en wie weet tot ziens!

Between the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park and the Mediterranean Sea lie several vineyards. The vineyards in this area are considered to be among the most beautiful in France. Well-known vineyards in this area are the Minervois and the Saint-Chinian. Guides and naturalists will take you on excursions to the different vineyards and teach you all about the French wine tradition. In addition, there are various wine-tasting events in the area. Enjoy a gastronomic walk and let yourself be admired by the different vineyards. Whether you are a wine connoisseur or not, the wine excursions and tastings are a unique experience that you do not want to miss!
Activities
Your holiday home is situated in the middle of a beautiful walking- and cycling area. From the village there are several clearly marked walking routes with beautiful views of nature. There are many special cycle paths in the immediate surroundings, the so-called 'Voie Verte'. On the old railway line between St. Chinian and Cessenon-sur-Orb there is such a Voie Verte. It is perfectly passable for regular touring bikes and mountain bikes.
Regional nature park Haut-Languedoc is for a large part in the Hérault department and covers 145,000 hectares. The mountain range lies between the high central part and the low Mediterranean part of France. The park has a diverse landscape, consisting of lakes, gorges, valleys, mountain tops and small villages. There are also several waterfalls in the park, such as the one near Colombières-sur-Orb. A relatively unknown gorge is Gorges d'Héric. The gorge, which is carved out by the river flowing through it, offers possibilities for swimming, walking or just relaxing. If you want to go higher up, you should go to Monts de l'Espinouse. The mountain, situated in the middle of the park, is 1124 metres high and gives you a beautiful view over the park.
