The house
quiet / private and fantastic views !!! The villa itself is equipped with every comfort and features a private wooden pool of 4.2 m diameter, ideal for cooling on hot days.
The 3 terraces are ideal for sunbathing or long aperitifs .
The house itself consists of a spacious bright living space and an open-plan kitchen with modern furnishings. Use of the wifi is unlimited .
The living area also offers access to 2 spacious terraces, one of which has a real bar .....
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, large fridge, etc...).
Further on this floor
- large en suite master bedroom with two single beds and access to a spacious roof terrace with artificial grass.
- a second spacious bedroom with double bed
- a second bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
on the lower floor we then find :
- a third bedroom with bunk beds (ideal for the kids)

Everything is included in the rental price (electricity, water, wifi, ) excl. compulsory cleaning after departure 135 €.
Arrival and departure in high season June to 15 September is for park reasons always on Friday before and after other arrival/departure day is possible
Optionally it is possible to rent a quality sheet set 12€/set/pers and/or towel set 12€/set/pers.

the house is situated in the picturesque hameau called Cathalo ( part of the commune Pardailhan. At 10 minutes from the lively wine town of sait chinian or saint pons de Thomieres. Both towns where you will find all the facilities of supermarkets, markets, bakers, butchers, restaurants, etc..
Larger cities like Narbonne and Beziers at 45 minutes and of course their nearby beaches 10 minutes away.

Wat een prachtig huis en dito omgeving!
Werkelijk zo compleet, zelden gezien. Contact met Bart van Schelstraete liep uiterst soepel.

Wij beleefden hier met ons gezin (ouders, baby en peuter) en 2 grootouders een prachtige vakantie. Het huis was voor dit gezelschap zeker ruim genoeg. Tijdens de hittegolf waren we heel erg blij met deze heerlijke woning als toevluchtsoord. De kinderkamer in de kelder bleef altijd heerlijk koel. De andere kamers konden we dankzij (rol)luiken ook aangenaam houden en in de woonruimte was er ook airco aanwezig. Op minstens één van de verschillende terrassen was er altijd schaduw. Het zwembad was met deze temperaturen een enorm pluspunt. Het zwembad is niet erg groot en is niet ingebouwd, maar met kleine kinderen was dit eerder een veilig voordeel. De foto's tonen niet de bosrijke en erg afgescheiden omgeving van het huis. Door de bomen een prachtig zicht op de vallei. Saint-Chinian is niet veraf en een leuke uitstap tijdens de marktjes. Bart gaf ons nog enkele persoonlijke tips voor bezoekjes en fietstochten in de buurt.

Echt aan te raden!! Heel gezellig en groot huis met alles op en aan,als men dieren heeft is het voor hun ook een paradijs,puur natuur en volledig prive,en alles in in de omstreken, als je kan kom naar daar om het zelf te ontdekken,wij gaan zeker terug!!!

Located in the region of Saint Chinian there are of course several " caves " to visit and to taste.
Nice restaurants can be found in Saint Chinian, Saint Pons, Saint Jean de Minervois, Minerve .....
Activities
Various authentic villages, rolling vineyards, picturesque restaurants are within easy reach.
to make the southern French holiday feeling complete. (Suggestion list with trips, restaurants, markets, etc ... is available)
The Mediterranean Sea with its delicious oyster farms is about 50 minutes away.
Larger cities such as Béziers and Narbonne are 40 minutes away - Carcassonne and Montpellier at 1 h 15 minutes .
Closer to home, sports enthusiasts can canoe on the Orb, go horse riding, play golf ,
Hiking (with Gorges d'Héric on top of the list) or mountain biking (rental bikes available) along the various slopes, in short, something for everyone ...
For shopping you can go to Saint-Chinian or Saint Pons de Thomieres, 10 minutes away (on Thursday and Sunday mornings there is a market in Saint Chinian, on Wednesdays in Saint Pons de Thomieres).
