This villa located at the edge of the village of Oupia, on a hillside has great views. The tastefully decorated living room, complete kitchen and a nicely planted garden that offers privacy and tranquillity with its large palm trees. In the village is a small shop and 5 minutes away in the next large village, Olonzac, is a large supermarket and other shops. There is also a large weekly market here every Tuesday morning. You walk straight from the house into the woods, the beach is relatively close by and in the area there are many places of interest (Canal du Midi, Citéde Carcassonne, Minerve, abbey de Fontfroide, Montagne Noir, etc). Of course, it is great to stay 'at home' in this fantastic place.

The spacious living room has large sliding doors opening onto the spacious covered terrace. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen is very practical and next to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The villa has three nice bedrooms, each with a storage cupboard. Two bedrooms have double beds (180x200) and one bedroom has a double bed (140x200). One bedroom has a private bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is a second bathroom in the hallway with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet and there is also a guest toilet in the hallway. The entire house is air-conditioned.

Adjacent to the living room is the covered terrace with the dining table and lounge set. From here you overlook the heated swimming pool (4x8) with its walk-in steps and a spacious terrace around it. Of course, there is more than enough space for sunbeds. In the well-tended garden is a beautiful Jeu de Boules court with terrace and seating areas where you can enjoy a relaxing game of French sports while enjoying a local wine. The whole picture is completed by the surrounding nature of the beautiful countryside. There is, of course, a BBQ at your disposal. You can park your car on the property under the spacious carport.
