The house
MIMOSA LODGE with private jacuzzi, together with 7 other accommodations, is generously spread over a Mediterranean park of about 3 hectares. Each accommodation has a unique and intimate location due to the various level differences that characterise the grounds and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. This lodge has an extra-large terrace, partly covered and with an integrated jacuzzi. The front of the tent can be opened across the entire width, which enhances the camping feeling but with all the comfort. Bathroom with extra-large shower cubicle and toilet. Double bed (160x200). The kitchen is well equipped with 4-ring gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a plancha outside. If there are 4 of you, 2 people will sleep in a separate tent across the terrace. This sleeping tent has 2 single beds.

Lodève, a historical and cultural artist city, is situated in the valley of the Hérault between the last hills before the lowlands of the Mediterranean Sea, in the middle of a grandiose nature reserve. The Hérault, with its authentic French atmosphere and blessed with the Mediterranean sea climate, is very typical because of its incredible diversity of landscapes that range from the foothills of the Massif Central to the Mediterranean, via mountains and hills, 'garrigues' and vineyards to the Mediterranean lowlands. A concentration of reliefs, natural resources and exceptional sites, some of which are classified as "Grands Sites".

The Hérault is one of the largest and oldest wine-growing regions of France. The area has both a very suitable climate, a great variety of soils and a wide range of cépages; delicious wines that are now rivalling the greatest 'grand crus' of France. Taste them in combination with the regional cheeses such as the goat cheese Pélardon or the well-known Roquefort.
Activities
You can relax by the pool, play a game of pétanque or pamper yourself with a wellness massage on the spot. For the children, there is plenty of room to play. Less than 15 minutes away is a beautiful lake, Lac du Salagou, where the red colour of the rocks contrasts beautifully with the deep blue water. You can have a lovely swim there, but also practice various water sports. A day of kayaking on the Hérault is also one of the possibilities and the distance to the well known bathing resorts as Sète, Cap d'Agde and Valras is about 45 minutes and very easy to do. If you like walking, cycling or mountain biking, there are many possibilities. We are happy to help you with beautiful route descriptions in the immediate vicinity. If you like cities, you are within an hour in Montpellier or Béziers.
