The house
Stunning Large village house with private pool set in a lovely furnished courtyard.
The house has been renovated to a high standard.
The house has 4 bedrooms including 1 master ensuite with its own furnished terrace, 2 double rooms with king size beds and a Twin room. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet.
The large airy open plan fitted kitchen , dining and lounge area is filled with light from the large glass french windows which lead to the pool and courtyard. The ground floor also has a laundry room and further toilet and shower room.
The Outside space is delightful with trees, BBQ, lots of areas to sit or lounge around the pool. There is also a covered terrace with large table and chairs for eating outside. perfect at any time of day.
This house has plenty of room for a large family. Tv and wifi are available and aircon in all the rooms.
The village has a bakers, amenities and a restaurant.

L'abeille is located in Laurens, Herault,Occitané ( was Languedoc) France. A peaceful village with beautiful walks nearby along with a number of wine domains and just 22km from Beziers and its airport. Also only 30 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in the South of France.

The village has 2 bakeries, a butcher, a Tabac (newsagents), Pizzeria, small local shop, several wineries and a cafe/bar.
We would recommend the restaurant Abbaye Sylva Plana for excellent food and wine.
There is a larger Intermarche supermarket 6km away in the next village.
Activities
There are a range of activities in the area including kayaking, gorges, VTT, golf, trottinets, cycling, walking from the door. If you would like to organise Yoga, massages, cookery course, painting course, private chef at the house please let us know and we will try to help you book this through our concierge service.
Visit Domaine de la Sarabande in the village or Chateau Greznan only 3km away.
Nearest signed wine route is the Faugeres appellation
Just over an hour away from the capital city of Montpellier with its numerous historic monuments. About an hour and 15 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne.
