This villa is located in the village of Cazedarnes, where a cosy bar/restaurant/grocery awaits you to buy fresh croissants, drink coffee or enjoy a delicious lunch in the afternoon. The nature around the village invites you to go hiking or mountain biking. The beach is relatively close, in the area there are many activities to do: 10 minutes by car is the river "L'Orb" where you can canoe, there is also an educational farm for the youngest. A historical place to visit near the village is "Abbaye de Fontcaude". The Sunday morning market in Saint-Chinian (10 min) with local products and atmosphere will tempt you.

This pleasant villa has a living room with a wood-burning stove, air conditioning and French doors to the veranda that can be fully opened by room-high doors. The kitchen (12 m²) is fully furnished and equipped. In the laundry room, there is a washing machine, a drying rack and a large fridge with freezer. The villa has two bedrooms available. Each room has a 140x190 bed and air conditioning. The rooms share a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. The toilets are located in the corridor.

Sitting on the terrace of the private pool (4.50 x 7.50), you can admire the beautiful views of the surrounding wooded landscape. Below the villa is a large Mediterranean garden where children can play football or engage in other outdoor activities. Deck chairs, garden furniture and a barbecue are at your disposal to ensure optimal relaxation after a good day of hiking. You can park your car next to the villa or in the garage.
