Villa Les Bosquets

Located in a characteristic French village in a great, nature-rich surrounding, this villa has everything a holidaymaker could want. Space, peace and quiet, north and south terrace and of course a heated pool. This 6-person house is surrounded by a spacious garden and offers privacy. Deliciously enjoying a glass of regional wine on the terrace overlooking the meadow surroundings. This cosy villa has a nice garden with several places to retreat to and offers peace and privacy. In the village is a bar where fresh bread is available in the morning. At 7 min by car there is a supermarket and other shops and in this same village (St-Chinian) there are nice, large markets twice a week. The beach is relatively close and there are many places of interest in the area. The wooded surroundings invite you to go hiking, cycling or mountain biking in the hills. The living room with the open, modern kitchen (fully equipped) and a bar are connected to the north and south terrace, which can be reached via French windows. Both terraces have awnings. The house has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed (140x200 and 180x200), one of which has a door to the outside terrace. The third bedroom has two single beds (90x200). The bathroom has a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. In a hallway there is an extra washbasin with mirror. There is a second toilet in the hallway. In the garage there is a washing machine and a sink with washbasin. Adjacent to the living room are the north and south terraces with a dining table on both sides. The swimming pool (4x8 heated) with walk-in steps and plenty of space around for sun loungers is connected to these terraces. The garden completes it all and gives you the feeling of peace and freedom. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal.
