Villa Le Menhir

Interior:
This pleasant villa has a living room with fireplace and French doors to the terraces at the front and side of the house. The fully equipped practical kitchen is in open communication with the living room and also has French doors to the terrace where it is lovely to have breakfast, lunch and dinner with the great views. The villa has four bedrooms, two of which have double beds (160×200 and 140×200). One bedroom has two single beds (90×290) and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed (80×190). All bedroom windows have mosquito nets. There is one bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, sink and here is also the washing machine. There is a guest toilet in the hall.

Outside the house:
Half of the house is surrounded by a spacious and very pleasant terrace where large sunscreens provide the necessary shade. Each side of the terrace has a different view of the beautiful surroundings. From this large terrace a small staircase leads to the lower garden with the private pool (4×8) with Roman steps. Again, a nice, large terrace with plenty of space for sunbeds. A wooden picnic table stands under the trees in the natural shade for reading a good book and enjoying a nice glass of local rosé. By the pool, again, you have stunning views over the beautiful mountainous surroundings and vineyards. Behind the pool, on a lower part, there is plenty of space to organise your own sporting activities such as, football, badminton, Jeu-de-boulles, etc. There is BBQ at your disposal and you can park your car on the property.
