This villa located on the edge of an authentic village, against a hillside is tastefully decorated, fully equipped with the large covered terrace playing a prominent role. Here you will enjoy long evenings overlooking the southern French vineyards. 5 minutes away by car is a large supermarket and in that village there are nice shops including real hot bakers. There is also a large regional weekly market here every Tuesday. The beach is relatively close and there are many attractions in the area. Culture, nature, cities or just relaxing at home, everything is possible from this beautiful villa.

Facilities:

Through the front door you directly enter the living room and the open kitchen. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare delicious regional dishes. The living room opens onto the spacious terrace through French doors. There are four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds (160x200). The third bedroom has doors opening onto the terrace and a private bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet. This bedroom has a double bed (180x200). The fourth bedroom also has patio doors to the terrace and a bunk bed (90x180). There is a second bathroom in the corridor with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Outside the house:

Connected to the living room is the large covered terrace with the dining table and great views. Directly connected to it is the swimming pool (5x10) with walk-in steps, located lower and therefore wonderfully sheltered. Surrounded by large rocks, you can enjoy the French sun and swim a few lengths in this spacious private pool. The spacious plot makes you feel completely free and the Mediterranean plating gives an unmistakable southern French atmosphere. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. You can park your car at the side of the house on the private property. There is enough space for two cars.
