The house
Furnishings:
The living room (40m²) and open kitchen (8m²) are on the first floor, are equipped with all necessary appliances and have an adjacent covered terrace. The first floor is slightly higher than the street and is accessible with a few steps. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and an adjoining spacious bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC. There is also a guest toilet on this floor, in the hall near the stairs leading down. On the ground floor are two bedrooms each with two single beds (90×200). Also here is a bathroom with shower and washbasin. Both bedrooms have French doors opening onto the terrace which connects to the garden and swimming pool.
Outside the house:
You can park your car on the private property, level with the front door. The lower garden has a pleasant atmosphere and from the lounger you can enjoy the views and the private pool (4×8) with walk-in steps. Also here is a covered terrace where it is nice to linger with a good book or a glass of local wine.

Beaufort is very centrally located and from this property you can easily make trips to the many places of interest or just enjoy walking through the beautiful nature in the immediate surroundings. Cycling or mountain biking is also a possibility. In the nearby village of Olonzac there is a large local market every Tuesday. There is a nice lake 'Lac de Jouarres' 10min away. The Mediterranean is about an hour's drive away.
