The house
Maison Cazac comprises three fully-equipped gîtes and can accommodate 11 people, including 8 in bedrooms. The largest Marrakech gite has a dishwasher and freezer and a large piano cooker. A washing machine is also available. Wifi is available throughout. Each gite has outdoor tables and a barbecue.
The 6000 m² garden is planted with trees and the swimming pool is surrounded by flowers and enjoys plenty of sunshine.
Maison Cazac is a beautiful place of peace and nature, close to the mountains, historic villages and many hiking opportunities.

Maison Cazac is a restored farmhouse in the Haute-Garonne region of the Midi-Pyrénées.
The village of Cazac lies between Toulouse and Lourdes. The Spanish border can be reached in an hour, and from the house you have a magnificent view of the Pyrenees.
The environment is very green, the silence is guaranteed and the locals don't call this place 'Little Tuscany' for nothing. Walking, cycling, water sports in the Pyrenees, it's all possible.
Maison Cazac has spacious terraces, a large garden and a pleasant swimming pool. The climate is very mild and dry, and swimming is possible between May and October.

Met een groep van 10 vrienden zijn wij hier 2 weken verbleven. We hebben een heel leuke tijd gehad! Patrick is een lieve en behulpzame eigenaar, waar we alles aan konden vragen. Een fijn zwembad, die elke ochtend schoongemaakt werd. En een heel mooi uitzicht!

La Maison de Cazac also has a restaurant, Philopholia, offering breakfast for €8, meals from €20, and takeaway dishes and pizzas for €10.
The Philopholia restaurant offers homemade dishes made with fresh produce that will surprise you.
Philopholia offers a simple or extensive menu, as well as authentic Neapolitan pizzas. Our dishes, pizzas and drinks are also available to take away.
Philopholia is also a bar, where the magnificent setting of our countryside and the softness of a shady terrace await you for a moment of relaxation and conviviality.
Activities
Numerous guides and leaflets on tourism in the region are available.
Maison Cazac is also an artists' residence with its Philopholia association, which welcomes artists of all kinds.
During your stay, you may be lucky enough to enjoy a musical or theatrical performance, or a fine art exhibition.
Philopholia at Maison Cazac is also a restaurant, and you might even be lucky enough to try a pizza you've made yourself!

Philopholia is also an artists' residence in Cazac, in the countryside near Toulouse.

There are 3 gîtes on the property: the Marrakech gîte is a large, well-equipped 3-room flat that can accommodate up to 6 people, the Manon gîte has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 3 people. Mona is a studio for 2 people. All the gîtes are fully equipped for cooking.

Please note that during the summer, rentals are on a weekly basis, with tenants changing on Saturdays. Our rates can be adapted to all situations, so please don't hesitate to contact us!
