Château Barbet 168

In the department of De Gers, in the Midi Pyrenees, 50 km southwest of Toulouse, lies the estate Château de Barbet. On top of a hill rises a beautifully restored Château around which 180 luxury villas have been built. A large number of these villas are rented out for holiday stays.

One of these villas, Type de luxe, is our property and we let it privately. The park has numerous facilities for both residents and tenants.

Various swimming pools, tennis courts, miniature golf, fitness and saunas are just a few of them. Right next to the park is a 9-hole golf course where you can play a round in peace. In the château, you will find the Le Petrarque restaurant, a library and billiards. The park also has a WIFI network, which can be used free of charge.

The Gers department is located in the south of France and is characterised by tranquillity, space and culture.
The environment has a rich culture and offers plenty of opportunities for the sporty visitor to be active. The French in the South go to the many restaurants every day. In all tranquillity, they enjoy everything that the Campagne has to offer.

In the summer, the hills turn yellow with the vast sunflower fields. When you tour quietly from village to village, you will be surprised by the views and the many animal species that live here in the wild. Driving and cycling in this area is an absolute pleasure. The climate is very pleasant. In all seasons, the sun illuminates life. The temperatures are pleasant. The Gers borders among others the Haute Pyrenees. This French/Spanish mountain range is a good hour's drive from Lombez and is an impressive excursion for hikers and sports cyclists.
