The holiday home Maison d'Amis**** is located in the yard of a former farm, almost entirely surrounded by forest. The holiday home has a floor area of 130 square metres, spread over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds and one with a sofa bed for one or two people. On the ground floor is a large room with a living room, dining area and a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with all modern conveniences. A small hallway leads to the ground-floor bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Another hallway leads to stairs to the upper floor under the roof with 2 large bedrooms, a TV and games room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2020/2021 and equipped with all comforts.

The holiday home Maison d'Amis**** is located in the yard of a former farm, almost entirely surrounded by forest. The holiday home has a floor area of 130 square metres, spread over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, two of which have double beds and one with a sofa bed for one or two people. On the ground floor is a large room with a living room, dining area and a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with all modern conveniences. A small corridor leads to the ground-floor bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Another hallway leads to stairs to the upper floor under the roof with 2 large bedrooms, a TV and games room and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The holiday home was completely renovated in 2020/2021 and equipped with all comforts. In front of the house is a large covered wooden terrace (27 m²) overlooking the courtyard, garden and forest. The built-in swimming pool measures 10 x 4 metres and can be used privately between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. (until 10 p.m. in the hot summer months). For our guests, there is a covered parking space in the old barn next to the house. A small part of the holiday home is attached to the house of the hosts Feico & Christina, but it is completely separate and private.
Larée is a village on the River Douze with around 230 inhabitants spread over an area of around 12.8 km2 and is a few minutes' drive from Cazaubon (with a supermarket and 3 bakeries) and Barbotan les Thermes in Bas-Armagnac, a part of Gascony in south-west France. The 71-hectare Lac de l'Uby is nearby and invites you to walk, swim and row.

Aansluitend bij eerdere recensies, strak onderhouden, schoon, meer dan volledig huis met (keuken) benodigdheden, uitstekende bedden met fris beddengoed en beschikbare handdoeken in overvloed als je daar gebruik van zou willen maken. Onberispelijk onderhouden woning, tuin, zwembad en directe omgeving. Rekening houdend met privacy, rust en ontspanning. Direct beschikbaar voor vragen of problemen indien aan de orde. Geen enkele wanklank op welke manier dan ook. De aanwezigheid van zwembad wordt door kinderen meer dan gewaardeerd (ook aangename grootte en diepte), evenals plotseling aanwaaiend huisdier/hondje. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar en meer dan aan te raden.

De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk.
De gite is ruim, zeer netjes en voorzien van alles wat je verwacht en van degelijke kwaliteit (alles lijkt zelfs nieuw).
De tuin(en), fruitbomen en bloemperken zijn schitterend onderhouden in deze rustige omgeving. En het zwembad is het summum in dezelfde trend. Een zalige aanrader om helemaal te ontspannen!

Maison très cosy dans un lieu calme et agréable. équipement parfait , linge très doux apprécié par tous.
le poêle à bois fait des adeptes et sa chaleur a été très douce.
Merci pour ces jours dans ce cadre reposant avec une décoration raffinée et un hôte attentif tout en restant très discret.
Lieu à recommander en raison de toutes ces qualités et l'accessibilité facile (commerces à proximité et secteur géographique offrant de nombreuses possibilités de visites, loisirs et autres)

Larée is in the extreme north-west of the department of Gers, " le Pays de bien vivre ", a peaceful hilly landscape with numerous small villages, bastides and many castles and "domains" where you can taste and buy Armagnac, wine and Floc. 15 km to the west is Labastide d'Armagnac, in the department of Les Landes, a medieval town well worth a visit. 16 km to the east is Eauze with a cathedral and a beautiful old town. Every Wednesday there is a market until noon in Barbotan-les-Thermes and every Thursday until noon in Eauze. 36 km towards the south-west is Air-sur-l'Adour, a pretty pilgrimage town on the river Adour.
