Aux Carosses

On Domaine GARBE of 1 hectare lies this former Coach House "Aux Carosses". It is suitable for 4, possibly 6 or 7 persons. A single bed can be added and if the sofa bed in the living room is used, the house can even accommodate 7 people.
A cot can also be added.
Het Koetshuis is a very spacious luxurious and recently renovated house with a large cosy living room with doors opening onto the terrace on two sides. There is fibre optic wifi internet and Viaplay is available.
The holiday home has a very spacious modern luxury open kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms (idem).
On the grounds with park-like garden is a beautiful large swimming pool of no less than 12 x 5 metres, with a Romanesque walk-in staircase and goes from shallow to 1.80 deep. The pool is equipped with a safe roll cover and a handrail so you can get in and out easily. Around the pool is a beautifully tiled terrace with good deck chairs and parasols. There is also a large sunbathing area with trampoline, a badminton net, an archery board with arrows and plenty of room to play balls, games, bikes, etc.

On the large grounds around the beautiful country house, a so-called Maison de Maitre of the friendly and helpful NL owners, there is a 2nd gite, suitable for 4 persons, the "Armagnac". You share the large swimming pool with the guests of this holiday home.
This gite can also be booked if you want to spend your holiday with 7-10 people (if still available, of course).

DESCRIPTION house:
Living room with access to terrace, dining area, sitting area, television, wifi internet, very spacious hall with cloakroom, toilet. The living room offers a nice view over the sloping landscape and also has its own terrace.
On the ground floor is a large bedroom with 2x 1-person AUPING bed 90x200 cm, equipped with electrically adjustable bed spirals, with Auping reading light with tip-top control. This bedroom offers direct access to the bathroom; it is equipped with, among other things, a (2nd) TV, 2 chairs and also offers enough space to put in a cot.
From this bedroom, with French doors and its own small terrace, you have a beautiful view of the park garden.

Upstairs is a double bedroom with air conditioning and a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00 cm with a lattoflex base with a manually adjustable headboard. Also here is a (2nd) bathroom with luxury shower. Living room has a large sofa bed where 2 people can sleep.
On request, another single bed can be added in the downstairs bedroom for a 5th or 7th person or a cot. There is air conditioning.
The kitchen has Miele appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, food processor, fridge-freezer and microwave. Of course, there is plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery.
