The house
D'Artagan is like a small house with more than ample room for its 4-5 occupants and is our most spacious gîte.
A lattice work of original beams dating from 1801 is a particular feature of d'Artagnan.
• The upstairs bedroom is a twin bedroom with ancient beams and with en-suite facilities including a small bath.
• At the top of the stairs is a minstrels gallery with private sitting area and a double bed settee.
On the ground floor, a large living-area with 3 leather piece suite, a tv, books and games to suit all with patio doors onto a private terrace looking onto the well-maintained gardens a few steps away from the pool ;
a kitchen corner area with a cooker,a fridge, a microwave, a coffee-machine, a kettle, a toaster and all the crockery needed for your holidays. A washing-machine, a hoover, an ironing-board and an iron are also available.
a large bedroom wih a bed for 2 people and a family bathroom (wash-hand basin, shower and toilet).
There is also a pellet burner for the winter lets (short & long terms).

We are in the centre of the Gers , 7km from Vic Fézensac, between Auch (28 km) and Condom (20 km) ; 1h30 from Toulouse- Blagnac airport and 2 hrs from Bordeaux- Mérignac airport ; all amenities & 2 supermarkets within 7 km. You can experience local festivals, night markets in many of the pretty villages of the Gers.
The Pyrénées are only 90km from our gîtes, an excellent day trip (Pic du midi - Col du Tourmalet - Tour de France - Lourdes - Pau),
A car is essential as there is no public transport available.

The cleaning fee is included ; however, the gîte must be left as clean as you found it, if not there will be a charge of 100 euros.
