The property is located in the village square of Saint-Denis. An 8-minute drive from Saint-Ambroix and also a 15-minute drive from Barjac. Old buildings, nice little streets. Within walking distance of swimming river Cèze with a beach for some sunbathing, reading or a fresh (morning) swim. Near the beach is a nice little restaurant for lunch, dinner or just a drink. The village is located in the Gard in a quiet area but not isolated. Within no time you are at all the beautiful sights the Gard and the Ardèche have to offer. There is always something to do that suits you. The same property also houses gîte Lavande, gîte Anis, gîte Romarin and gîte Olive.

15 minutes from the gîte is Barjac (Gard) where there are plenty of restaurants and terraces. Every Friday there is a lovely market in Barjac where plenty of delicious tapas, olives, cheeses, vegetables, bread and wines and other typical French goods are for sale. In Gard, there are many wineries where you can taste and buy wine. But wineries are also often represented at the many markets in the area. You could visit a market any day of the week.
Activities
The village of Saint-Denis is located in region Gard and close to the Ardeche. Between Barjac and Saint-Ambroix. There are plenty of activities to do and sights to see. Beautiful cities such as Nîmes, Avignon, Aubenas, Uzès, Arles, Montpellier are all in the region. Especially in the Ardèche there is much to do such as canoeing, cycling, the climbing forest, hiking and swimming in the rivers. The historic Pont du Gard (Roman aqueduct) is worth a visit but the impressive Gorges de L'Ardèche is also nearby. There are wonderful caves to visit, also a super fun outing for children. In the Cevennes, a nature reserve, you can hike and for the cycling enthusiast, Mont Ventoux or Mont Bouquet are in the region. Everything is possible in this area, beautiful cities, nice trips, culture or sports. But also those nice markets; every day there is a market somewhere like Barjac, Saint-Ambroix, Joyeuse, Uzès, too much to mention! At walking distance from Gîtes NouLou is the Cèze river. There you can swim, sunbathe, fish or relax under the trees. Ideal for children but also for adults. There are bicycles in the property that you may use.

Further remarks
Gîte Jasmin by NouLou is located on the 2nd floor of the property. The entrance is through a coeur, via 2 staircases (there is no lift). The gîte has a private outdoor terrace with a seating area, a dining set with parasol. You overlook the pretty village, the village square and have a view towards the mountains. The terrace is completely private.
The terrace is adjacent to the living kitchen with French doors.

Flat Jasmin has air conditioning/heating, we charge 7,50 per night extra for this.
